Zup targets leadership in partnership with Anthropic in Brazil
Zup is determined to become Anthropic's primary partner in Brazil. With a newly formed partnership, the Brazilian company wants to stand out in the Claude Partner Network, an exclusive network from Anthropic. Marcos Bonas, vice president of engineering, architecture, and sales at Zup, revealed that the goal is clear: to be Anthropic's most relevant partner on Brazilian soil. And it's not just talk. They are investing heavily in time, people, and structure for this.
The partnership with Anthropic brings several advantages to Zup. In addition to exclusive access to frameworks and technologies, the company will be able to participate in advanced training, such as the 'Anthropic cloud architect' course. This means Zup is not just an ordinary user, but a strategic partner with a global stamp of trust. Bonas highlights that this endorsement validates Zup's technical expertise, which is essential to win customers' trust.
Accelerating AI in Brazil
With this partnership, Zup wants to act as a technology catalyst in Brazil. The idea is to help large companies adapt to the reality of generative AI. With over 15 years of experience in the market, Zup already works with giants in the telecommunications and financial sectors. Now, the focus is on modernizing legacy systems, developing scalable platforms, and adopting enterprise AI strategies with governance and cost efficiency.
Zup has had experience in AI since 2016, when it worked with probabilistic models and machine learning. In recent years, the company has dived deep into generative AI, exploring transformer architectures and vectorized databases. The transformation was so intense that Zup became "AI-First," with all employees using artificial intelligence daily.
Zup and Anthropic: a partnership beyond Claude
The relationship with Anthropic has grown closer over time. Zup already has over 250 people certified in the AI company's solutions and wants to increase this number to 450. Despite this, Zup maintains its agnostic stance, continuing to use technologies from other partners such as AWS, Microsoft, and Salesforce, as well as open-source AI models.
Zup's ambition is clear: to lead the digital transformation in Brazil with Anthropic's support. This partnership is not just about technology, but about trust and innovation. And Zup is ready for this challenge.
